Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Director of Food and Beverage. The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent quality standards. The role includes managing budgets, supervising culinary activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Director will also collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage skills
  • Expertise in Culinary Skills and Food Service
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is a plus
