RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Understanding costing sheets and specifications;
  • Attending kick-off meetings with clients / internal teams;
  • Developing / reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires;
  • Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments;
  • Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors;
  • Managing the recruitment process;
  • Tracking project profitability;
  • Overseeing change control and scope creep management;
  • Confident and timely client management;
  • Effective reporting on project progress;
  • Recognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects, and offering solutions
  • Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations
  • Accurate administration support to wind down projects and capture learnings
  • Planning and designing research projects, including sampling methods and survey questionnaires.
  • Gathering data through various methods like surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate in any related field in Economics, Statistics, Communication Research, Marketing, Business Management & Analytics
  • With 2 years' experience with consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques, and experimental designs
  • Strong ability to interpret data, and perform statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, statistical software, and survey platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings clearly and create compelling data narratives.
