Product Manager – CNS Division

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite with frequent fieldwork

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Dayshift

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager (Oncology Division) who will lead product development, management, and marketing strategy implementation for assigned product portfolios. The ideal candidate will serve as the product champion—driving cost-effective marketing initiatives, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the right product knowledge to achieve growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the company's product champion for assigned oncology products.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies within set timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Assist in training and developing new and existing sales team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialties.
  • Update monthly rolling forecasts and support the Sales and Marketing Manager on strategic projects.
  • Perform other related duties aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical setup, specifically in CNS.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct frequent fieldwork nationwide.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or medical-related course.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
