Product Manager – CNS (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite with frequent fieldwork

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager – CNS to lead the development, marketing, and performance of CNS-related product portfolios. The role involves overseeing product lifecycle management, implementing marketing strategies, achieving sales and profit targets, and strengthening market share. The ideal candidate will serve as the product champion, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with strong product knowledge and that marketing plans are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the company's product champion for assigned CNS products.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans within set timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and government policies relevant to assigned products.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and conducting product training sessions for sales teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to update and enhance product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical specialists in related fields.
  • Update and manage rolling forecasts for assigned products monthly.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Manager with strategic projects and special assignments.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company, preferably handling CNS products.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Philippines for fieldwork.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or medical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and analytical, with good knowledge of market research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of product development and management.
