CSC (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility

Duties:

a. Develop and recommend a strategic research agenda and implementation arrangements including instruments, and provide high-level technical assistance in the formulation and implementation of research studies leading to or in support of financing product development;

b. Conduct field research to establish baselines and solicit relevant inputs for product development, including among others, demand forecast from target MSME segments;

c. Prepare regular / periodic reports as assigned relative to all relevant and emerging trends in the MSME landscape to serve as part of the environmental scanning function of InAG;

d. Develop needed framework and templates that shall be critical in the research, product development and innovation initiatives of InAG;

e. Establish, maintain and continuously update a compendium of research papers on the Corporation's MSME financing products;

f. Carry out special studies and assignments as necessary inputs to the effective performance of the functions of InAG including, among others, develop and complete proposals aligned with innovative projects and programs of the Corporation;

g. Coordinate tasks of lower level staff and INAG interface with other units/groups in the Corporation and establish linkages with other research-based institutions and organizations to secure relevant information and develop updated research tools and methodologies for the Corporation;

h. Assist in guiding junior level staff of InAG in the performance of duties related to research and innovation initiatives for Management and/or Board consideration and approval.
