Position Overview

As an ESL Operations Trainer, you'll play a key role in training and supporting our online English teachers, helping maintain high teaching standards, refining processes, and ensuring operational excellence in our ESL programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach and monitor ESL instructors to ensure lesson quality, engagement and adherence to company teaching standards
  • Develop and update training materials, best practices and operational guidelines
  • Conduct observations, provide feedback and support performance improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with the operations team to streamline workflows, schedules and teacher readiness
  • Help facilitate teacher onboarding, refresher training sessions and continuous development
  • Assist with quality assurance, performance metrics tracking, and process improvement
  • Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced ESL environment, including troubleshooting and operational support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in ESL teaching, training or teacher development (online teaching experience is a plus)
  • Strong command of English, preferably with a clear American accent or near-native fluency
  • Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City (office-based role)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international ESL operations environment
