Job Summary:
As a Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering our sales teams through impactful training programs. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing customized learning solutions, and delivering high-quality sessions that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective sales training programs and skill development.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and training priorities.
- Create engaging training materials such as manuals and presentations.
- Facilitate training sessions and coaching for sales teams
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales leaders and other departments to align training with business goals
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for performance tracking.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer.
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Bachelor's degree required).
- Strong skills in training needs analysis (TNA).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and other training tools.
