Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and adaptable English Teachers who are eager to grow in the field of AI-enhanced education. As part of our team, you will teach English to Korean students (online and in person) while receiving paid training in emerging technologies and AI education systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging English lessons for students of varying proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
  • Prepare and implement creative lesson plans aligned with ICAN's curriculum.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on AI tools, digital learning platforms, and innovative teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, lesson records, and student evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, English, or Communication preferred but not required).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be trained in AI-integrated education and new teaching technologies.
  • Teaching experience (ESL or classroom-based) is an advantage but not required—fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: Php13, Php25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
