Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense & Billing Management: Check, verify, and organize incoming bills and invoices. Accurately compile monthly expense reports for management review.
  • Clerical Support: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, handle data entry, and ensure office documents are up to date.
  • Operational Assistance: Provide general support to the office team and complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Proactively address minor office issues and complete tasks efficiently without the need for constant micromanagement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office work or administration is preferred. However, we are open to candidates without experience if they demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
