Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate performance based on quality standards and guidelines.
  • Review interactions, outputs, or processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Document assessment results and prepare quality reports for review.
  • Identify gaps, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support process improvements.
  • Assist in developing quality standards, SOPs, and quality reference materials.
  • Ensure timely feedback and follow-through on quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Monitoring, or similar role.
  • College graduate / Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in an ESL company as QA is an advantage.
