HIRING: USRN Trainer (BPO)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with a background in healthcare and BPO operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will train and coach staff on processes, quality standards, and best practices to ensure smooth operations and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for USRN staff and BPO healthcare teams.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for new and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and materials.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to address performance gaps and provide coaching.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare and BPO standards.

Qualifications:

• USRN license or relevant nursing certification.
• Previous experience as a BPO Trainer, preferably in a healthcare account.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, workflow, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to develop and adapt training materials for diverse learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in MS Office, LMS platforms, and other training tools.
