Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-driven Reconciliation Specialist to join our growing finance team. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely reconciliation of transactions across various platforms and accounts, while supporting system improvements and compliance efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank accounts, e-wallets, third-party platforms, and intercompany transactions
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records

2. Month-End Close & Reporting

  • Prepare reconciliation statements during monthly closing
  • Generate detailed reports for internal teams and auditors

3. Issue Resolution

  • Identify root causes of mismatches
  • Collaborate with IT, ops, and banks to resolve reconciliation issues

4. Process & System Optimization

  • Assist in testing/configuring reconciliation systems
  • Improve matching logic and contribute to SOP updates

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all reconciliation processes follow internal control policies
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of reconciliation/accounting experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or shared services
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); experience with BlackLine or similar tools is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work with English-language financial documentation
