What is your mission?

We are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to handle client account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and support backend processes with accuracy and efficiency. You will manage data integrity, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring professional client communication via email and chat.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, transactions, and service records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, service delivery, or account data.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Update and maintain client information in CRM and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Client Experience teams to resolve issues.
  • Document all actions taken and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Support escalated cases with backend analysis and resolution.
  • Generate reports and summaries related to reconciliation activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for data accuracy and client satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
  • 1–3 years experience in reconciliation, data entry, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Sticky DOT IO CRM is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills for email/chat support.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-voice, back-office environment.
  • Experience generating reports or supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-departmental coordination.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in task completion.
