Aspire Lifestyles is seeking a Reconciliation Concierge Specialist to join our team in Manila, Philippines.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the backend reconciliation process of hotel complimentary stay programs for Aspire Lifestyles clients across global markets. Accuracy, compliance, and service excellence are at the heart of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and validate daily transaction listings across Asia, Europe, and domestic markets
  • Call and email vendors/clients to verify completed stays and follow up as needed
  • Provide justification for ineligible stays and update records accurately
  • Manage shared mailbox and ensure timely responses
  • Generate daily and monthly reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with Aspire Lifestyles' policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 0-1 years of customer service or hospitality experience (concierge/travel agency a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with web-based systems
  • Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Flexibility to work in schedule rotations (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends/holidays)
