Remuneration

OTE: 109k -139k (Base ₱100,000–₱120,000 + Monthly Profit Share Bonus of 9–20% of gross pay)

The Role

This role is for an A-player marketer who thrives on full ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable growth.

You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO, ensuring we hit ambitious revenue and profit goals. Specifically, you are coming in to:

  • • Build Brisbane campaigns to replace a six-figure/month revenue stream (AUD).
  • • Scale Melbourne from five to six figures (AUD/month).
  • • Launch a third national campaign to six figures/month (AUD).
  • Create marketing campaigns across the Philippines and Bhutan and elsewhere to help us recruit some niche roles.

The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm , Brisbane time

This is a hands-on role — you'll design, launch, test, and optimise campaigns, not just supervise them.

Ideal Candidate

You must have:

5+ years' experience in digital marketing

  • Either in a medium-sized agency (20–100 staff) managing diverse campaigns, or
  • Scaled revenues from 2M to between 5–10M dollars through paid digital advertising

Deep expertise in:

  • Google Ads & PPC
  • Facebook Ads
  • SEO & keyword research
  • Digital marketing and the digital marketing landscape
  • Analytics & data-driven optimisation

Proven track record of writing compelling ad copy & building creative campaigns

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while hitting aggressive targets

Experience in an Australian vocational education or similar industry is optional but will be looked on favourably
