Studio Digital is an Australian digital-marketing agency that helps luxury and portrait photography studios grow through world-class creative and data-driven Facebook and TikTok advertising.

Our campaigns reach millions every month, and we're looking for an experienced creative marketer who understands not just how to make ads look good, but how to make them perform.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role for someone based in the Philippines, working in the West Australian time zone (GMT+8).

Salary: Negotiable based on experience. We pay well above award rates for the right person.

(Indicative range: ₱80 – 110 K per month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end.
  • Edit and produce short-form video ads and static creatives using CapCut, Canva Pro, or similar tools.
  • Write short, engaging ad copy that fits each creative concept.
  • Test and optimise ads daily to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Manage targeting, budgeting, and reporting in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Australian strategy team to develop new ideas and report on performance.
  • Stay up to date with current social ad trends and hooks.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimising Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Strong creative skills and a track record of producing ads that convert.
  • Skilled in CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar editing/design tools.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing and creative testing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Full-time commitment only – not suitable for freelancers or people with multiple jobs.

Bonus Experience (Not Required but Valued)

  • Experience with portrait photography, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and ad performance reporting.
  • Understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, and creative iteration.
