Position Overview:

This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting top talent to endorsing qualified candidates to clients and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations through interviews and assessments.

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
  • Attend client calibration meetings to align on requirements and provide market insights.
  • Candidate Endorsement and Presentation:
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed summaries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate client-candidate interactions, including interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Process Management:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Generate regular recruitment reports to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Job Description Development
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand the roles, responsibilities, and responsibilities required for the role.
  • Craft clear, engaging and inclusive job description to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Amenable to a contractual employment status

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
