We are seeking a detail-oriented Skip Tracing Specialist to support our real estate operations by locating property owners, potential leads, and hard-to-find contacts. The ideal candidate has experience using skip tracing tools and databases to gather accurate information that drives lead generation, acquisitions, and property outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive skip tracing to locate property owners, heirs, tenants, or other relevant parties.
  • Utilize tools such as BatchSkipTracing, Skip Genie, TLOxp, LexisNexis, BeenVerified, or similar platforms.
  • Verify and compile contact details, including phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate, verified contact information.
  • Work closely with the acquisitions and lead generation teams to support direct mail, cold calling, and SMS campaigns.
  • Research and analyze property records, public databases, and social media platforms to gather information.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
  • Report findings, trends, and data accuracy metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Skip Tracing Specialist, Lead Researcher, or Data Research Analyst in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of skip tracing software, public records, and online research tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, REI BlackBook, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or property management.
  • Experience supporting real estate investors or agents.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php500.00 per month
