ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an HR Generalist (Officer-Level) to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training, and HR policy. Reporting directly to the management team, you'll design and implement HR strategies that support company growth, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.

This is a full‑time, onsite position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:36 p.m.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • 4–5 years' professional HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll)
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work in a start‑up and handle pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., KAMI Workforce), Google Workspace, and common office tools (scheduling, spreadsheets, word processing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, post job ads, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the HR point-of-contact; resolve concerns, handle conflicts, and build a supportive work culture.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies, update employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, deliver workshops, and implement performance management systems.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, administer benefits, manage salary benchmarking, and support recognition programs.
  • HR Reporting & Administration: Maintain employee records, track attendance, generate HR reports (turnover, absenteeism), and provide insights to management.
