About the role

Become a key member of the HR team at AQUADYSINC, a leading provider of painting and waterproofing solutions and services in the Philippines. As our Human Resource Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic and growing company. This full-time position is based in our office in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the overall business strategy
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR database systems
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related needs
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
