Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports managers with performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions, and provides input on performance-related decisions.
  • Identifies training needs, coordinates training programs, and assists with succession planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintains HR systems and records, manages employee leaves of absence, and assists with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • BSBA Major in Human Resources Development Management (HRDM) or BS Psychology or any related course.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills are essential for dealing with employees and managers.
  • The ability to analyze workplace issues, develop effective solutions, and provide timely responses is crucial.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software is often required.
  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Working location: Panay Ave., Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
