HR Generalist

A Human Resource Generalist is a versatile professional responsible for managing a wide array of HR functions, rather than focusing on a single specialization. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, training and development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Grievance Management: Handle employee complaints and grievances professionally and confidentially, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the development, review, and enforcement of HR policies in line with best practices, DOLE regulations, and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Organize activities and programs aimed at boosting employee morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Leave and Undertime Management: Oversee the processing and documentation of employee leave and undertime requests.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and propose team-building events and company celebrations, such as birthdays and other internal occasions.
  • Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience is an advantage..
  • Familiarity with employee relations and engagement best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to draft clear memorandums and notices.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
