1) Ensure compliance of the company to regulatory requirements 

2) Evaluate and control the project requirement in terms of the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor

3) Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions

4) Prepare and evaluate cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

1) Licensed Engineer

2) at least 1 years in the housing/building industry, preferably from reputable companies

3) English, communication, and leadership skills

4) Knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to the position

5) Has attended basic and advanced trainings
