Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

* Support in evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations.

* Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress.

* Prepare progress payment applications and assist in final accounts.

* *Liaise with contractors, suppliers, project managers, and clients* to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.

* Maintain organized records of project costs and contracts.

* Provide administrative and technical support to the QS/Project Team.

Qualifications & Skills:*

* Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in a QS role (internship/entry-level experience acceptable for training).

* Strong numerical and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to *liaise confidently across teams and stakeholders*.

* Proficient in MS Office and (advantage: construction/QS software).

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
