Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers by exchanging information, visiting customers and resolving critical technical concerns as requested by the team or customers.
  • Field support in technical dimensions with service and skill to deliver the company's core value and strengthen its overall business.
  • Identify complex and advanced customer production performance issues and opportunities and engage them with appropriate support from the whole team to provide technical solutions.
  • Cooperate with Phibro's Regional/Global technical team to support the development & implementation of technical and R&D strategies in the region.
  • Stay updated on Phibro's Global product and research developments and work closely with the global teams to transfer relevant insights to customers.
  • Support trainings to Philippines' commercial and distributor teams to help them maximize insights on products, services and tools.
  • Collaborate with local Key Opinion Leaders in terms of technical updates, trainings, field or scientific trials, scientific publications and assigned projects.
  • Provide Phibro's routine services to support sales mainly, but not exclusively, on Broiler Health Monitoring Programs

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or above in veterinary medicine or animal science
  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of working in the animal health or nutrition industry in Philippines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and manage expectations to create trust and credibility across a broad spectrum of the company
  • Strong internal and external (customers, peers in industry) communication and a persuasive style
  • Demonstrated a strong commitment to team success by actively collaborating within the team and across functions, consistently fostering a positive team spirit and achieving shared goals.
