We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Technical Director
to lead
Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
initiatives in the Philippines This key leadership position will drive the technical excellence, innovation, and strategic growth of our renewable energy projects across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of solar and BESS projects, from conceptual design to commissioning.
  • Lead engineering teams in developing optimized system designs and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Provide strategic input into project development, feasibility analysis, and technical risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with business development, project management, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, technology selection, and technical due diligence.
  • Mentor engineers and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the solar and/or energy storage industry, including at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale solar and BESS design, performance modeling, and grid integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
