The Role

We're looking for an experienced CG Supervisor based in the Philippines to help us elevate our Unreal Engine and CGI productions.

You'll lead and mentor artists across modeling, lighting, animation, FX, and compositing, ensuring creative excellence, technical consistency, and smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full 3D/CG pipeline from asset creation to final render (Unreal Engine + traditional DCCs).
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Producers to translate ideas into visually striking shots.
• Supervise artists (internal + freelance) and provide clear feedback and guidance.
• Ensure quality control, technical optimization, and pipeline efficiency.
• Stay up to date with new Unreal Engine features and workflows (Sequencer, Lumen, Nanite, etc.).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CG production, preferably in cinematics, trailers, or film.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and at least one major 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.).
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with an international team (Canada, Europe, Asia).

Nice to Have

• Experience with pipeline automation (Python, Blueprints, Shotgrid).
• Background in shading/lookdev or cinematic lighting.
• Prior work on AAA game trailers or animated content.
