Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, programming or IT related-work, with at least 2 years of experience in leadership role.Required Skill(s): Technical Support
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent in networking, diagnosing, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficient with operating systems (Windows) and common applications like Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficient in setting up hardware and installing/configuring software and drivers
  • Proficient in antivirus software, remote support tools, ticketing systems, and backup utilities
  • IT Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT Support staff and monitor workload and ensure timely ticket solution.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for escalated or complex IT issues (hardware, software, network, user accounts).
  • Lead in configuring, installing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Oversee the help desk ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met and support issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for support processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Develop and refine IT support procedures and service standards, and ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection guidelines, and organizational protocols.
  • Serve as a point of contact between end-users and the IT department for support-related concerns.
  • Communicate system downtime, updates, and important notices to users effectively.
