JOB SUMMARY:

  • Process all incoming orders via email, SAP ordering for consignment accounts, viber or SMS, to ensure accuracy and Quality Customer Service.
  • Update pending order as required.
  • Delivery and Pull out Monitoring on a weekly basis.
  • Obtain signed contracts from Consignment customers.
  • Promote and educate customers on the policy and procedures of Client Registration Form.
  • Obtain customer email addresses and update customer master list.
  • Prepare bids and proposals for the sales department as needed.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Stay up to date with the new products and features.
  • Assist in managing Key Accounts and Modern Trade Accounts.
  • Assist Institutional Sales Head in opening and maintaining HORECA accounts.
  • Provide monthly sales reports with the AR/Accounting Department for Invoicing.
  • Countering and Collection
  • Records of the collection are transmitted and responsible for monitoring AR and reports to Institutional Head and AR Team on a weekly basis.
  • Completion and Submission of Sales Invoice Monitoring every 4 of the month to Tax Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- TAKING ORDER AND PROCESSING AND OPENING NEW ACCOUNTS THRU TELEMARKETING
