Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant – Real Estate & Turo Operations

Location: Remote (EST Hours Preferred)

Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week, with growth potential)

Compensation: $750 – $1,000/month depending on experience

Overview

A producing Realtor, entrepreneur, and team leader of a dynamic real estate team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. This role spans real estate operations, Turo fleet management, and light personal support. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, proactivity, and accountability, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and business growth stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Business Support

  • Manage and organize calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate property showings, client calls, and vendor schedules.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and KPI reports.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Team & Client Coordination

  • Act as main communication point between team leader, partners, and clients.
  • Schedule sales meetings, prepare agendas, and send reminders.
  • Maintain accountability systems for team members.

Turo Fleet Support

  • Oversee scheduling, vehicle cleanings, and check-ins with fleet partners.
  • Track operations and ensure smooth client experience.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Draft social media content, posts, and light marketing campaigns.
  • Manage engagement and monitor channels.

CRM & Follow-Up Management

  • Maintain CRM database with accurate client notes.
  • Generate insights, reports, and post-transaction follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, VA, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, CRM platforms, Canva, WhatsApp.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple business areas.
  • Real estate or operations experience preferred.

Hours & Growth

  • Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (8 AM–12 PM & 4–5 PM EST).
  • ~15–20 hrs/week with potential to expand.
  • Compensation: $750–$1,000/month, with growth opportunities.
