Job Summary:

The Project Engineering Staff supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering-related projects across restaurant locations. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, reviewing technical plans, and assisting in the rollout of new store builds, renovations, or equipment upgrades.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, procurement) and external/third-party contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare documentation such as scopes of work, project schedules, bill of materials, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support project supervision to ensure timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards are upheld.
  • Document on-site activities, identify deviations or delays, and report to direct superior.
  • Monitor equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and preparing budget reports.
  • Support procurement activities by sourcing vendors and comparing quotations.
  • Assist in obtaining permits and clearances required for projects.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain organized project files and engineering records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering or construction-related roles (experience in hospitality/restaurant industry is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • With knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
