QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;

· With Licensed or Registered Civil or Mechanical Engineer;

· At least one (1) year of professional experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on retrofitting, rehabilitation, and maintenance;

· Ability to accurately interpret material documentation, technical reports, isometric projections, and engineering drawings;

· Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

· Well-versed in AutoCAD;

· Must be a proactive individual capable of working independently with minimal oversight;

· With BOSH and/or COSH Training Certificate

MAJOR ROLES:

Construction Supervision:

  • Responsible for overseeing the overall works of the construction/project

· Manpower Supervision

· Manpower Assignment

· Material Projection and Monitoring

· Equipment Delegation

· Project Scheduling

· Client Meetings for Progress and Status (Microsoft Office Apps (Excel Sheets, Presentation)

· Documentations and Reports Making (GANTT Chart, S-Curve,CAD,Sketch-up)

· Manpower report

Quality Control:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the quality of works meets client expectations and construction standards.

· Site Inspection

· Knowledge of Work inspected

Safety Management:

  • Responsible for Ensuring and Implementing Safety on site

· Identification of Potential Hazard (JHA, HIRA)

· Implementation of Safety Procedures

· Ensuring workers of Safety and Health Trainings and Protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
