JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop detailed civil engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to integrate designs into overall project plans.
  • Coordinate and oversee civil engineering activities across multiple construction projects.
  • Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of civil work and adherence to project plans.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all civil work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Promote a culture of safety on-site and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering
  • With license
  • At least 10 years experience in project development and implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Plan swift, ACAD or primavera
  • Can be able to prepare design, estimates and material-take off for the project
  • Can start ASAP.
