  • Provides support in implementing follow-through activities to help monitor learning application in the workplace.
  • Prepares, edits, updates, prints, and organizes training manuals and visual materials for sessions.
  • Implements standard tools and forms for collecting training feedback and monitoring program outcomes.
  • Assists in gathering and compiling post-training feedback and assessment results.
  • Coordinates logistics and communication with external training providers and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) for department-specific training needs.
  • Monitors timelines and status of department training plans and training-related projects.
  • Maintains updated training calendars, trackers, and communication materials.
  • Provides logistical and administrative assistance during onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintains a directory of contacts and resources useful for training program implementation.
  • Provides administrative input and support in updating training-related policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Performs other administrative or support tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
