We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service while achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products
  • Promote and upsell items to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
  • Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are organized
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer concerns
  • Contribute to overall store cleanliness and operations

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (College Level preferred)
  • With or without sales experience (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
