Key Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Assessment: Identify the training and development needs of employees and the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Program Design and Implementation: Create and implement effective training programs that stimulate learning and improve employee productivity. This includes organizing training materials and overseeing training sessions.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring trainee progress and gathering feedback to make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to assess training needs and ensure that training initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technologies and training methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Provide senior management with reports on training programs and their outcomes, including recommendations for future training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in training and development, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training content and engage employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and schedules efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various training delivery methods, including e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
