Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing and audit activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and other government agency requirements.
  • Perform other related accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (major in Accounting).
  • Must have at least 1–2 years of accounting experience in a construction, trading, or equipment supply company.
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
