About the role

We are seeking a skilled Credit & Collection Staff to join our dynamic team at PTC Commercial Corporation, based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing customer credit applications
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable
  • Negotiating payment terms and arrangements with customers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collections
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on the company's credit and collection performance
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of credit and collection policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers
  • Proficient in using accounting software and data management tools
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and credit control best practices
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
