Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure strict implementation of recruitment process within the dealership

  2. Perform recruitment functions within the dealership:

a. Ensure Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) is properly accomplished and approved prior to hiring

b. Post vacancies in various social media platforms (company websites, social media accounts), school posting, etc.

c. Take charge of manpower pooling, screening, and initial review of applicants

d. Endorse shortlisted applicants to the requisitioning department's immediate Supervisor, Department Head, and Division Head for interview

e. Facilitate interview scheduling and processing

f. Prepare Job Offer (JO), facilitate routing to signatories, and facilitate issuance to successful applicants

g. Monitor acceptance of Job Offer by the qualified applicant and provide a list of pre-employment medical exam to the applicant

h. Endorse qualified applicant to third party provider for a background checking

i. Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements and endorse for onboarding schedule

  1. Conduct employee orientation program for newly hired team members

  2. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment database to ensure easy and fast processing of staffing needs

  3. Prepare 201 file for newly hired team members

  4. Keep all Employee 201 file records current and updated

  5. Process employee movement (i.e. regularization, promotion and transfer) and collects needed documentations such as but not limited to Performance evaluations, Employee Action Form, Attendance evaluations, etc.

  6. Facilitate / process opening of payroll account for newly hired team members

  7. Endorse list of employees for inclusion to payroll every cut-off

  8. Prepare Human Resource reports needed by the Management (i.e. Manpower Complement, Manning Report, MANCOM Report, etc.)

  9. Process OJT requirements and identify possible candidates

  10. Coordinate completion of annual target setting and performance evaluation of all employees

  11. Assist in the finalization of the performance appraisal and check performance evaluation formula to ensure accuracy of results

  12. Encode and update employee required information in the SAP management system and coordinate with TMP as may be necessary

  13. Initiate and assist in the facilitation / implementation of employee engagement activities in the dealership

  14. Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
