About the role

This is a full-time position as an Invoicing Staff at PTC Commercial Corporation based in Tondo Manila City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for processing and generating invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing invoices for goods sold or services rendered
  2. Maintaining detailed records of all invoices and payments
  3. Resolving any billing inquiries or discrepancies from customers
  4. Collaborating with the accounting team to reconcile invoices and payments
  5. Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, word processing or invoicing
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  3. Good communication and customer service skills
  4. Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
