We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support a team of Account Managers in delivering seamless software implementation and onboarding experiences for clients in the residential property sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients are onboarded efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute software implementations.
  • Prioritize client needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the residential product suite.
  • Handle client inquiries and assist with upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Support documentation and project tracking in line with project management methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, or as a Property Manager or Personal Assistant.
  • Knowledge of the property industry is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with residential software products is an advantage.
