  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations (e.g., OSHA, local codes)
  • Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts; order items as needed
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services or major repairs
  • Work closely with hotel management to plan and execute capital improvement projects
  • Maintain records of inspections, maintenance logs, warranties, and repair histories
  • Train staff on safety procedures and proper use of equipment
  • Monitor energy and utility usage; recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure all maintenance work supports the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and luxury standards
