Position Overview:

The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate land and site measurements to support construction planning and implementation. The role involves both fieldwork and coordination with project engineers and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land and topographic surveys for site development and construction projects.
  • Establish control points, boundaries, and elevation benchmarks.
  • Operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and leveling equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, and reports.
  • Coordinate survey activities with engineers, foremen, and project managers.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

  • With relevant certification and/or proven experience in land or construction surveying.
  • With experience in site development projects (roads, drainage, grading, utilities, etc.).
  • Familiar with total station, GPS, and other modern surveying tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Baguio City, Benguet.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
