Job Description

As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of CRO strategies, implement advanced tracking, and drive experimentation to maximize site conversions. With expertise in GTM, GA4, and CRO tools, you'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Google Tag Manager and GA4 event tracking
• Experience with CRO or A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Convert, Mutiny, etc.)
• Experience creating visual mockups to show stakeholders what a test experience will look like
• Strong background in CRO testing, experimentation, and best practices
• Hands-on WordPress and WP Engine experience is required
• Proficient in HTML and CSS; JavaScript experience is a strong plus
• Experience with Marketo is a plus
• Analytical mindset with a passion for improving conversion rates through methodical testing
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to activate quickly and effectively on technical tasks

Your Daily Tasks

• Implement custom website event tracking using Google Tag Manager and validate setups with GTM debugger tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute CRO experiments
• Report on CRO test performance and communicate insights
• Ensure seamless measurement and interpretation of on-site behaviors
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (as needed) to support test variants and tagging implementations
• Contribute to ongoing CRO strategy, including hypothesis generation and prioritization
• Participate in website design and layout discussions to support test variants and user experience improvements
