Education Consultant – Lead Conversion Focus

Location : PNB Allied Bank Center, Makati (Ayala Ave)

Full-time on-site role | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role:

Merit Education and Migration Philippines is seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Consultant – Lead Conversion Focus to guide students and clients toward their Australian study and migration goals. This on-site role combines expert counselling with a strong focus on converting inquiries into enrollments and signed client contracts, while participating in social media marketing initiatives to promote education pathways.

You will work closely with Australian partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person / online education and migration consultations.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful student enrollments or signed migration services.
  • Manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
  • Participate in social media marketing videos by creating short informational content about study and migration pathways.
  • Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Meet monthly conversion and engagement targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or sales conversion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
  • Confident on camera and comfortable creating short educational videos.
  • Familiarity with Australian education and migration systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: ₱25,000/month, can increase depending on experience
