Job Overview:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Email Designer & Planner to design, plan, and execute impactful email marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual design, understands email marketing strategy, and can organize campaign schedules for maximum effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing email templates that align with brand identity and message.
  • Plan and schedule email campaigns — including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows.
  • Write or coordinate compelling email copy optimized for engagement and conversions.
  • Manage email lists and segmentation to target the right audiences.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align email campaigns with overall strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and create weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure all emails comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow best deliverability practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with email design trends, tools, and automation platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and design (at least 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email design (a plus).
  • Skilled in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for layout and graphics.
  • Excellent organizational skills — able to plan campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and optimize results.
