
E-Commerce Specialist

Job description:
- Manage all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and others) to ensure smooth operations and peak performance.
- Strategically manage and optimize Shopee Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain e-commerce account health with a minimum rating of 4.8 across platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales to drive revenue.
- Monitor daily sales performance and platform analytics to ensure sales targets are met.
- Oversee and coordinate live selling schedules, scripts, and performance of live sellers.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for search and conversion.
- Review customer feedback and ratings and coordinate with concerned departments for improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep updated with platform policies, algorithms, and trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee company website performance, ensuring fast loading speed, user-friendly navigation, and updated content.
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements and troubleshooting.
- Ensure integration between website inventory and backend systems for real-time accuracy.
- Implement SEO and conversion optimization strategies to increase website traffic and sales.
- Track sales data, campaign results, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for online sales expansion.
Job Requirements:
- At least a college graduate, bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or online sales.
- Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytics tools.
