Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company's services.
- Develop targeted sales strategies for corporate clients, SMEs, multinational companies.
- Conduct market research to tailor sales pitches and identify potential clients.
- Generate a qualified leads per month and book sales meetings per month (as per KPIs)
- Track, manage, and document the entire sales process in the CRM, ensuring all interactions are recorded and analyzed for optimization.
Deal Closing & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue by closing at least 2 new clients per month with a total monthly sales target of PHP 1.5M (USD 26,000) from Month 2.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with a minimum 5% conversion rate from qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry associations to expand company's market presence.
Upselling & Client Retention
- Ensure at least 20% of closed clients are upsold within the first 6 months.
- Maintain strong client relationships by identifying additional business needs and proposing value-added solutions.
- Actively cross-sell company's SaaS, BPO, and consulting solutions to maximize revenue per client.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and optimize the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including lead response time, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with leadership to review sales progress, strategy alignment, and performance improvements.
- Work closely with the project management, implementation and support team to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
