ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jr. Sales Enablement to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support the client onboarding process by handling administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Client Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, Digital Solutions Managers, and Client Services Managers to request and collect necessary documents, information, and assets for client onboarding.

● Information Management: Meticulously file and organize all collected client information, documents, and assets into a central repository (e.g., Google Drive). Ensure all files are correctly labeled and easily accessible to relevant internal teams.

● Data Entry and Integrity: Accurately input client data into various systems and platforms. Maintain and update client records to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the onboarding process.

● Onboarding Coordination: Assist in coordinating onboarding meetings if necessary between clients and internal teams.

● Reporting: Assist in generating simple reports on onboarding progress, client status, and other relevant metrics.

● General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the BD teams as needed.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

● Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We are open to recent graduates.

● Skills:

o Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are crucial.

o Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable and professional in communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.

o Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

o Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

o Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

● Attributes: A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential, along with a strong desire to learn and grow within a marketing or client relations career.
