Job Overview:

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving the store's sales performance by meeting individual and team targets for assigned products or categories. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment. The Sales Associate also supports operational tasks such as inventory monitoring, replenishment, and adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and promote key items.
  • Ensure store displays and product arrangements meet visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure timely restocking and replenishment.
  • Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports as required.
  • Support daily store operations including cash handling, stock management, and cleanliness of the sales area.
  • Participate in product training sessions and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred (electronics, fashion, or appliance industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and selling skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be dependable, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
